I leased a car through Westlake financial from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NJ. ( I plan to file a separate complaint through them as well they need to be shut down they are scamming people out of hard earned money for cars that have rebuilt titles and are lying ). Since Ive gotten the car Westlake had piled on several fees, taxes, and essentially raised my car note substantially. They are billing me for 2 car payments in one month XXXX a piece. They repossessed my vehicle once, I paid them, and caught my account up. They then proceeded ( after I left a review on their XXXX page ) to start putting double my payments on my account and I have solid proof of this, the car dealership also lied on my loan and stated I put a down a payment of XXXX when in fact I do not only to obtain the loan through Westlake I asked Westlake for the information to try and renegotiate or refinance for a lower rate/payment. Theyve refused to send me anything and since have added several payments to my account in an attempt to repossess my vehicle before XX/XX/XXXX they added my car note for XXXX and denied me a payment extension even after I paid my previous bill. Ive been in contact with a lawyer Im ready to live forward in legal action but I want to start with this complaint.
