XX/XX/XXXX I tried to withdraw {$160.00} out of my account and the ATM DID NOT WITHDRAW THE MONEY. It only deposited XXXX back into my account. I filled out a dispute and complaint the next day on XX/XX/XXXX. I have not heard anything. I have been calling and wanting a credit and nothing is happening. They also make it inconvenient when I go to a store and try to use my ATM VIA XXXX XXXX it says invalid account number. Call then and of course no info. I would like my funds back so I can close my account with XXXX. They have FRAUD with their ATMS. People sleeping in the Atm Station as well cant withdraw. Please help. Thank you. They owe me {$110.00}. Case # XXXX.
