I deposited a check into my account they claimed it was a fraudulent check, the account was at XXXX when they restricted my account but would not allow me to stop my payroll check from being deposited the following day my paycheck was deposited into this account which left a remaining balance of XXXX. This was all back in the beginning of XX/XX/year>, the account was completely closed on XX/XX/year> its now XX/XX/year> and upon speaking to a representative theyre telling me theyre keeping the XXXX with no explanation on how or why they're keeping the funds.
