I had an installment payment changed to XX/XX/year>. I made this change over the phone on XX/XX/year> with a live agent. She said I would need to call in to make that payment but that was when it was now due. They withdrew XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and withdrew over my money limit. I called they said yes it was a system error. Give them 48 hours to refund and screenshots of the fees I got charged to the email XXXX. I told them I no longer authorize them to debit my account. No updates. I called again today they said other department needs proof. I already sent multiple times. They won't communicate. They won't let me talk to a supervisor. Everyday they dont refund my account goes more negative. I cant pay any bills or buy gas.
