They contacted me, claiming I have an outstanding medical bill. When I inquired why they performed a hard credit inquiry, they said it was due to these alleged unpaid medical bills. However, I exclusively receive medical care through the VA, as I am XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, and I do not have any medical expenses outside the VA system. Additionally, I have not lived in California, where this company is located, for over XXXX years. The company also called me again, claiming I owed money.
