On XXXX XXXX 2025, I received a XXXX payment of {$70.00}. From an individual that I do not know. I contacted TD bank to advise them. I was afraid it was some sort of scam. A few days later on the XXXX, I received a notice from my bank ( TD ) that my profile has been removed from XXXX and I will no longer be able to use it. Other platforms are suggested to be use. Since fraud against ME and been made. I have not done anything wrong! I spoke with XXXX themselves and they said its the bank. I spoke with my bank and they said the investigation from the digital team and XXXX and placed a block on my profile due to fraud and inorder to protect customer I am removed from the XXXX platform. This action can not be removed or reversed. I believe this to be unfair and incorrect against me. I am unable to use XXXX services from ALL platforms/banks.
