My complaint is against XXXX companies, XXXX XXXX XXXX who initiated the {$3000.00} loan and assumed I would sign their contract accepting their loan. However, it's not just the charged fees and interests I'm refuting, but the whole entire loan to begin with. It felt deceitful and weird, so I took my time to read through their contract line by line. I did not like their terms and conditions. After reading their contract, I absolutely was NOT going to agree to their terms and sign for the loan. I REJECTED the loan!! However, not only did XXXX XXXX process the loan withOUT my signature, their financial institution Affirm processed the loan withOUT verifying my signature was on record as well. Now they are saying I am responsible for the loan and need to pay or they will send to collections. This has been ongoing since XX/XX/year>. I have written and spoken to people from both XXXX XXXX and Affirm numerous times, filed XXXX disputes with Affirm and Affirm always rules in merchant favor. XXXX from XXXX XXXX admitted to me by telephone on XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX that THEY made a mistake processing the loan without my signature. Yet they did NOTHING to help me fix it. XXXX promised he would call back with a follow up the following Monday after speaking with his team. He ghosted me and left me hanging with Affirm harassing me every day with phone calls and emails. Affirm is threatening to send the loan to collections. Meanwhile, XXXX XXXX took money ( {$3000.00} ) from someone ( Affirm ) on my behalf without my permission, basically THEFT! Through deceit. Looks like XXXX XXXX is the ones who owes Affirm back the money that they took without permission. XXXX XXXX needs to refund Affirm! I never approved the loan! I never accepted the loan! The loan was REJECTED AND DECLINED!!!
