This is a follow-up to CFPB XXXX # XXXX. Selene Finance responded on XX/XX/year> ( attached ), claiming they wired my {$6900.00} escrow surplus to Shellpoint on XX/XX/year> ( Transfer Ref : XXXX ; XXXX Ref : XXXX ). As instructed by them, I reached out to XXXX and provided this EXACT info to XXXX CONFIRMED no funds received or found ( email attached with their response ). XXXX is providing FALSE/INACCURATE/INCOMPLETE information, violating RESPA by failing to XXXX my dispute accurately. Funds STILL missing XXXX days post-promise, causing ongoing hardship : my escrow balance is now negative, i have a shortage. Also, it seems Selene is not taking in consideration that XXXX transferred them a total of {$7500.00} to reconcile their escrow activity during their servicing period, pls see bellow ( also attaching official letter ) for the exact wording. This total of {$7500.00} breaks down as follows : XXXX. Taxes - {$2400.00} 2. Flood Insurance- {$980.00} XXXX. Disbursement - {$6900.00} XXXX. Payments towards XXXX + {$2800.00} So they received an extra {$980.00} that they should not have received. Selene needs to refund me {$6900.00}, which they had claimed they had wired, but the funds are still missing and {$980.00}, STILL PENDING FOR THEM TO SEND ME. " Consequently, a disbursement of {$7500.00} was made from the XXXX escrow account to Selene to reconcile the escrow activity during Selenes servicing period. A copy of the Selene loan history is enclosed with this correspondence for your reference ''
