I financed a XXXX XXXX XXXX with a loan # XXXX at Huntington National Bank back in XXXX along with a Gap policy # XXXX. I decided to refinance my vehicle with another bank in XXXX. I contacted Huntington bank in XXXX for the refund of the Gap policy, they told me to contact the car dealership. When contacted dealership they told me that once I paid off the loan the bank will isuued the refund. Fortunately, I paid off the loan in XXXX XXXX, I contacted the dealer back and they sent me again to the bank for the refund. I contacted the bank multiple times, unfortunately I'm still not getting my refund.
