On XXXX I detected interest change of {$52.00} I called capital-one bank that very day and capital one bank said it was a mistake and they will credit me XXXX XXXX.The bank owns me {$480.00} at the time I call.when capital one bank deducted {$52.00} the balance was left {$420.00} I scream shot it on XXXX I can attach it or email to you. I walk to capital one bank on the XXXX one of the staff called some one and let me talk to her she said I owe the bank and that is why the bank use the money to pay. I asked what was the date you used the money to pay she said XXXX I asked for my statement that very day XXXX since havent received it. Just to let you know how I get the {$480.00} was money I disputed from a company call XXXX XXXX. The took this money to help me pay my taxes bill but the job was not done so I requested for refund.
