I am filing a complaint against Franklin Financial in Wisconsin regarding an auto-secured loan. Franklin Financial repossessed my vehicle in XXXX. After the repossession, the company took me to court and obtained a judgment for wage garnishment. I completed all garnishment payments required by the court. Despite the repossession and the completed garnishment, Franklin Financial continues to report the account on my credit report as open and active, with a remaining balance. XXXX Wage garnishment was applied to my paychecks until the judgment was satisfied. XXXX Garnishment concluded ; court-ordered payments were fully completed. XXXX Franklin Financial continues to report the account as open and active on my credit report, with a remaining balance, without acknowledging the repossession, lawsuit, judgment, or completed garnishment.
