This debt collector has done unjustifiable practices prohibited by the FDCPA. They furnished this account without any agreement from me, and I did not sign any contract with them. A legal contract requires signatures from both parties, and I did not participate in any agreement whatsoever. They also failed to follow the proper XXXX-step validation procedure. According to the FDCPA, Im entitled to compensation for these violations. My rights were clearly violated and XXXX. I am demanding that this account be removed immediately. This situation has taken a real toll on me. Its embarrassing and painful to be judged for a debt I never agreed to especially when Im doing everything I can just to keep moving forward. Every time I see this account appear, it brings XXXX, XXXX, and a reminder of how difficult things have been trying to provide, trying to keep my credit together, trying to feel hopeful about my future. Ive spent nights stressed, wondering how I can fix something that shouldnt be there to begin with. Im simply asking for fairness, so I can finally breathe, focus on healing financially and emotionally, and work toward a more stable and peaceful life without being held down by inaccurate reporting
