I believe it was on the XXXX of XXXX. I had {$500.00} in my account and went to put gas in my car and checked my account to see if my money was there and my account was hacked and all my money was stolen. I contacted Chime and they said they investigated it and because it was done through XXXX they refused to reimburse my money back. In XXXX the same thing happened and they took {$400.00} and Chime did the exact same thing. Said that because it was done through XXXX they refused to refund my money. Chime customer service was rude and didn't listen to anything I told them about what happened and denied that as well.
