On XX/XX/XXXX i received an email that says Please verify some recent account activity XXXX, XXXX or more of your accounts have been restricted due to activity that is inconsistent with typical customer account usage, and we need to verify that recent activity. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. Please call us at XXXX as soon as possible to verify this recent activity. You can reach us XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ET and Saturday, XXXX XXXX XXXX ET. While an account is restricted, you can still deposit money and itll earn interest if applicable. However, a restricted account will prevent you from withdrawing money, initiating new transactions and completing pending transactions. The following day i called and do a selfie verification with a customer via phone not make sure its me i did everything and i confirmed my recent activities. Which im aware if everything its not like no one get access to my account.. They locked my account with {$22000.00} in it .. when i have verified my identity and they confirmed its me via phone. The said my account is under review after multiple calls and i was locked out of my account without doing anything wrong. Im XXXX i can hardly XXXX i use XXXX everytime Before my account was locked i do transfer my money from capital one savings account to the account linked which is under my name because it make things easier for me.. Please verify some recent account activity Please i will be very happy if my account can be unlocked because im a loyal customer .. and if not i want my remaining balance to be sent to my linked bank account under my name my XXXX bank account ending with XXXX. Because of my XXXX status. My direct deposit form with my name and signature on it is attached in this complaint for verification.
