My total owed amount balance was {$1900.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment of {$350.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Leaving me with a balance of {$1600.00}. The promotional period ended on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX they changed me {$1400.00} bringing my balance back up to almost the full credit limit. There is a XXXX XXXX XXXX on the statement that states that my promotinal period is ending and needs to be paid in full to not incur interest. It does not state anywhere in that alert that you will be paying interest on the XXXX amount from the last XXXX months for retroactive interest. I applied for this financing through XXXX for my services who also did not disclose or make me fully aware of this before I applied. I called them to see if I was able to pay the owed amount in full of XXXX XXXXXXXX minus the {$1400.00} since it has only been XXXX days past the end of the promotional period, that I have been paying 100 % of my payments on time since I opened the account and to just close out the account and that I simply am having financial hardships and can not afford to pay this misleading amount of intrest which will also end up accruing 32 % interest, which seems almost impossible to ever pay off. They refused to allow me to do this and that no fees can be waived or settled.
