Ok, so on XX/XX/XXXX last week, my XXXX XXXX account was accessed without my knowledge for the second time. Someone this time because no cards linked to my bank were on there, they made a big purchase for {$4300.00}. Installments of 3 months at XXXX. I can't afford that so I sure as XXXX aren't going to purchase what was purchased. Someone purchased, on a fake XXXX store, a security camera for {$110.00} and a XXXX digital camera for {$3900.00}. I would NEVER buy this XXXX, I have XXXX, I have security cameras already through XXXX. This is a scam and I'm on the hook. I've also reached out to the XXXX and sent an email saying this is fraud. It's been 7 days and no reply. Also their phone number does not work. Go figure, but their site says 24/7 support. They said they would do an investigation which could take 30 days, well it only took them 7 and they said it looks like I'm the one that ordered it so it remains my responsibility. This is absurd and I don't know how I'm going to pay this off. I can't afford XXXX a month for 3 months, I have a mortgage and bills to pay. This will ruin my credit. These companies need to do better investigating and be held liable
