On the XXXX of XX/XX/ 2025 me and my mom was trying to get a check that she wrote out cashed by chimes online account. Took the picture of the check etc. Did everything asked. It did not say that it was going to take till XX/XX/XXXX for it to give us the money. So XX/XX/XXXX I called chimes customer service to cancel check or get it in my account or moms, because they took the money out of her account. All we got out of that call was excuses and a hard time. I asked to talk to upper management and some woman got on the phone and didn't hear a word we said. She talked over us and cut off anything said. Very unprofessional, and then she decided to rush through a couple sentences like, so sorry can't do anything for you and hung up. We need that money, we needed it last Sat that's the only reason we tried cashing a check online. I am ready to move forward with suing chime for taking advantage of vulnerable adults and theft. Thanks for your time.
