At the time, I had four credit card debts and there were severe health issues with myself and my wife. Because of these issues I decided I needed help managing my debts. I contacted a debt management company to contact my credit card companies on my behalf. XXXX XXXX refused to enter a reasonable resolution with my debt management representatives. Please note that this period was during the covert panic, that my wife and I am permanently XXXX, and Senior citizens. I tried multiple times to contact XXXX XXXX and failed to do so. My debt management company recommended that I paid them {$20.00} a month, which I did. XXXX XXXX responded by charging me late fees. Unable to contact them about this action, I stopped the payments to them. Please note that I continued my other payments on my other accounts. I paid on time and made larger payments than requested. They were paid in full and debts were resolved. XXXX XXXX refusal to state or to agree to reasonable payment rate is why this matter is unresolved. They have done harm to my credit rating for several years. It's their fault that this matter was not resolved in a professional manner.
