My truck payment was taken out twice once on the XXXX of XXXX then again on the XXXX of XXXX. I called my bank XXXX to tell them I was charged twice I filed a dispute. The bank is continuing to dispute with them but they did reversed the charges. And XXXX gave me back my money while the dispute is ongoing. Now the truck Finance place Exeter is charging me a late fee, increased my payment and they added an additional {$20.00} fee. They have a chat bot to talk to an agent explain the situation to the agent that was no option for me to copy and paste my bank information and they kept trying to get me to call them I said I don't want to call I said I want a paper trail conversation was ended I tried again following day very directly telling them the situation. And demanded copy of my transcripts they ended the conversation again telling me to have a good day click. The only thing I could think of to do was take pictures with my cell phone because they would not give me copies of the transcripts. Showing I was trying to get this resolved. I'm mailing them a certified letter today. I have clearer pictures but I want to send you screenshots with date and time. But you can clearly see trying to resolve it not my fault they took it out of my account twice and then my bank is disputing with them and it's in limbo not my fault I am always on time with my payments.
