Td Bank allowed skin laundry to take over {$1000.00} for my checking account unauthorized. I asked them to investigate and for skin laundry to provide the contractual basis for these withdrawals because they simply did not exist. Not only did they refuse to provide that investigative process, but they told me that it was not determined to be in my favor without even requesting required documents and contracts and allowing them without my authority to deduct {$1000.00} from my checking account which resulted in a negative balance and a consequence seizure of part of my SSXXXXI payment that month from TD Bank. They are not allowing me access to my account at this time because of these proceedings and my claim and process, but I can provide some snapshots and screenshots of some of the monies that were taken unauthorized. If you need names of managers at the banks and I spoke with three different managers at three different locations. I can provide that information as well. They all refused to cooperate despite stating that they would. The end result was again severe financial losses and conveniences and displacement.
