I paid {$2400.00} to the TD Auto on XX/XX/year> by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX {$2000.00} was prepaid principal and {$400.00} was XXXX monthly payment. The whole amount was deposited to their account. On XX/XX/year>XXXX I got a notice that Total amount Due {$830.00}. I got another delinquent notice On XX/XX/year> total amount due {$1200.00}. So I called Consumer dept of TD Auto and talked to young women on XX/XX/year>XXXX & XX/XX/year>. Both women said the account was fixed there was no problem and they would send me their corrected letters via Email. Those emails never came. In my desperation I called the consumer Dept to get auto payment from my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account. The TD Auto came to XXXX XXXX XXXX and took out {$400.00} on XX/XX/year>XXXX They charged me delinquent amount {$400.00} in XXXX bill. They double charged. Then I wrote Customer Resolution Dept. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX MI XXXX on XX/XX/year> no responce came. This company never answers to my letters. XXXXXXXX TD Auto came to XXXX XXXX XXXX and took out {$400.00} without notifying me like a thief. I will make a stop payment tomorrow XX/XX/year>. This company knows nothing about how to deal with financial managements as I wrote a few times no one replied to my letters. Thank you for your attending to my 8 months struggle with thisXXXX XXXX XXXX. This Company license should be revoked because many other people may had similar troubles with TD Auto. Thank you again for your protection of old minority woman 's issue.
