On XX/XX/XXXX I went to an auto dealership called auto XXXX and they recommended me to a company that would lend me money to purchase a car that car only lasted 8 months before it was broken down on the side of XXXX XXXX. With engine problems. The XXXX and the auto dealership were friends and had previously done business together and unwittingly I was sold a junk car and now XXXX expected to pay for it. On XX/XX/XXXX I took a loan out for {$5800.00} and my last payment was XX/XX/XXXX. When the car broke down, I had it towed by XXXX towing and it stayed in their yard. I paid for the impound and credit concepts picked up the car and took it to an auto and quoted me {$5000.00} for the engine to be fixed. I did not have {$5000.00} so I told him that I didnt have {$5000.00} and I could not do anything with the car or the payment payments On XX/XX/XXXX a separateloan was taken out in my name in the amount of {$4800.00} and the amount was paid off XX/XX/XXXX this loan, was taken out by credit concepts and was not authorized by me. I asked XXXX at credit concepts about showing me the bill of sale for the car and also her version of the credit report that was charged off in my name and she did not want to produce either XXXX of those and at this current moment, they are now assuming me for the loan that was taken out and the initial loan plus interest which is XXXX % interest on a {$4800.00} loan. My total amount is over {$10000.00} and I have no car and no proof of the vehicle, either being sold or totaled.
