I have been charged 4 insufficient funds fees by Self Credit Builder that are not owed. I reached out to customer to further discuss the issue and receive clarification on these fees. The dates they gave me which were firstly stated to be XX/XX/year> ( fee waived ) XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> to justify the 4 insufficient funds fees, but add up to 2 insufficient funds fees. They are attempting to charge me {$60.00} in insufficient funds fees that I DO NOT owe. Additionally, they are trying to charge me for XXXX fees due to a manual payment on the same payment I owed XX/XX/year>. So they attempted to charge fees twice on one payment. The math is not adding up and they did not state that I would be charged fees twice nor did they provide any information that would justify it. Customer service was no help and provided incorrect information.
