On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, approved a repayment plan for {$4300.00} ; this amount includes regular mortgage payment of {$1600.00}. Mortgage company ( Fay Servicing ) states owe from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I explained on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX of XXXX, I paid XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, & XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment totaling {$4300.00}. I asked for the plan to be adjusted reflecting payments already made. I forwarded bank e-bill payment activity for proof of payment. I requested the ledger and cooperated advance charges that was told mailed out, but as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, have not received. In addition, I asked why not received a detail calculation of how the repayment plan arrived ; I only received a letter stating what to pay with no explanation. Response was " Fay Servicing figures are always right. '' Then, I received response saying the monies paid was post-petition. However, I explained payments from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, were post-petition payments that were paid in full. The current missing payments are separate and due from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Mortgage payments made for XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Last communication was XXXX XXXX, XXXX, that ended in being shouted at with the representative saying, " I been doing this for 30 years and Fay Servicing 's figures are always right, so what proof do I have, the bank statements. '' So, if bank activity not proof, then what is considered proof. Lastly, I asked during the XXXX XXXX call, of the new mortgage payment effective XXXX XXXX, XXXX, reduced by {$100.00} to {$1500.00}, so why I paying {$1600.00} as regular payment in repayment plan? Escrow was analyzed XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; representative state that was on the payments that were never received, however the repayment plan is to recover those missing payments and to include the regular monthly payment that should reflect the new XX/XX/XXXX, payment. I asked for a new financial representative. However, I have not received no communication from Fay Servicing. All communication emailed to XXXX. Contact is a XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX.
