On XX/XX/year> I called Chime bank to dispute charges on my acct I didn't make. They told me I would be getting a phone call on the morning of XX/XX/year>XXXX from a investigative team specialist. On XX/XX/year> at XXXXXXXX XXXX I received a call from Chime it kept cutting in & out & disconnected this happened two more times then another call at XXXXXXXX XXXX had a better connection the person introduced himself as XXXXXXXX XXXX. from Chime. He was supposed to be walking me through the steps on my chime app to fix the charges I complained about. He had me move all my $ to checking acct then put whom he said was his Supervisor XXXX XXXX on the line. She asked me to send her all the $ in my acct which was {$800.00} so she could get my app fixed with the promise it would be put back within 1-3 minutes & that XXXX would stay on the line with me until then. The call immediately disconnected once $ was sent. I tried calling the # which I found out then was not chime back with no answer. I immediately called Chime Bank & explained to them what happened & all they would do is file a dispute which could take 45 days to investigate. Chime was no help at all in trying to get the money back. I was on the phone with them for 3 hours & all they did was switch me from one person to another & put me on hold for several minutes at a time. All they did was filed a dispute for the original charges I had first called about & filed a dispute for the {$800.00} I was scammed out of thinking I was talking to one of their employees. Both disputes were denied on XX/XX/year>. I called them back & they reopened the {$800.00} dispute & denied it again. I believe I was scammed by someone inside Chime
