Your continued communication and collection tactics are in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and your conduct has crossed into unacceptable and unlawful behavior. Effective immediately, you are ordered to STOP ALL CONTACT with me in every form including calls, messages, emails, mailed notices, or contact with third parties.
