I requested a full payment audit from Planet Home Lending, including a detailed accounting of how every mortgage payment from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX was applied after the loan transferred from XXXX XXXX. I also formally requested removal of all inaccurately reported late payments, correction of the bankruptcy coding error, and an update of the tradeline with all credit bureaus to show Pays as Agreed / Never Late. Additionally, I requested written documentation explaining why my payments were misapplied or placed in suspense during a dismissed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy in which the mortgage was NOT included. I also made three payments in XX/XX/XXXX and my account was reported late in XXXX in which it was not late at all
