What Happened I filed a dispute with XXXX for an unauthorized XXXX transaction on XX/XX/year> for {$78.00}. XXXX provisionally credited me, and then reversed the credit based solely on XXXX representment packet, which only contained delivery photos, route maps, and order counts. It did not contain any evidence that I authorized the transaction. The merchant packet showed the order was placed from XXXX, XXXX, Massachusetts. I reside in XXXX and was in XXXX at the time of the transaction. XXXX did not evaluate this discrepancy or ask me to verify my location. This alone should have triggered a reinvestigation under Regulation XXXX. Evidence the Merchant Provided Was False or Misleading XXXX claimed I had placed " XXXX orders '' and XXXX successful orders to this address. This is false. My actual XXXX order history ( which I sent to XXXX ) shows XXXX total orders, including XXXX to my address, and a prior successful chargeback, meaning not all were successful as the merchant represented. XXXX did not evaluate this contradictory evidence in their appeal decision. They simply affirmed the original denial without addressing the inaccuracies in the merchant packet.
