I am filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX, for furnishing inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading information on my credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The account they are reporting is originally from Best Egg, but XXXX XXXX XXXX is falsely listing themselves as the original creditor on my credit report. XXXX is a debt buyer, not the original lender, and reporting themselves as the original creditor is factually incorrect and misleading. Additionally, the account is being reported with the following errors : XXXX. Incorrect account status : XXXX is reporting the account as XXXX, which is inaccurate.
