I contacted freedom mortgage on XX/XX/year> after noticing a significant increase on my escrow payment. I requested a new escrow analysis because the tax amount being used by freedom mortgage did not match the certified tax bill issued by the XXXX XXXX treasurer. Since that date freedom mortgage has now completed multiple escrow analysis using incorrect XXXX XXXX property taxes amounts, Despite me providing the official verified tax bill showing the correct annual tax total of {$3200.00}. Freedom Mortgage continues to use an incorrect amount of {$6400.00}, nearly double the actual tax. I have contacted several of there departments on multiple occasions, in XXXX of these contacts there tax department later confirmed by phone that a {$1600.00} installment was mistakenly treated as if it repeats XXXX times, which is incorrect. However even after this was acknowledged there system continues to reflect the wrong amount and my escrow was recalculated incorrectly again Due to this error my monthly mortgage payment was incorrectly increased, I am being required to pay additional amounts to cover a shortage that is based on incorrect data, I have experienced delays for almost a month, I submitted a RESPA notice of error that was not properly processed ( there portal does not provide a specific mailing address and directs all disputes through online messaging ) As of today I am being asked to contact freedom mortgage tax department to submit another escrow analysis, No P.O. Box was made available to resubmit a RESPA notice, Freedom mortgages escrow analysis still reflects incorrect tax totals, my mortgage payment reminds inflated based on the wrong data.
