Hi!! I am reporting a recurring issue with XXXX XXXX product that has resulted in the disappearance of funds and a mid-cycle reduction in my borrowing limit. I am paid weekly. On Wednesday, XX/XX/year>, my payroll direct deposit posted, and XXXX automatically deducted my full repayment of {$360.00}. Immediately after repayment, XXXX restored my full {$360.00} limit. I withdrew {$180.00}, leaving {$170.00} available. This remaining {$170.00} was visible and confirmed in my XXXX balance. The following morning, the {$170.00} was gone. XXXX lowered my total limit from {$360.00} to {$300.00}, restarted my cycle early, and locked my available balance at {$0.00}. The system stated that my limit would start increasing on XX/XX/XXXX at {$6.00} per day. XX/XX/XXXX is also my payday, meaning the cycle resets that same day. Therefore, I will never receive the {$6.00}, the {$110.00} shown for this cycle, and the {$170.00} that was already available has effectively been removed. This issue has now occurred a XXXX time, with the system removing available funds again. For this current pay cycle, my XXXX limit is {$300.00}. However, XXXX is only making {$100.00} available for withdrawal in total ( the {$29.00} shown now is included in that amount ). Because my next weekly paycheck will reset the cycle before the remaining balance becomes available, I will permanently lose access to approximately {$190.00} this cycle. This is the XXXX cycle where earned, available funds have disappeared. This situation is causing severe financial hardship. My family is currently facing eviction, and the removal of these funds has made it harder to pay rent and prevent displacement. These funds were part of the money I was counting on to manage essential expenses, and their disappearance has worsened an already critical housing situation. XXXX does not reset mid-cycle, and there were qualifying deposits, no failed repayments, and no reversed transactions. Customer service could not explain the issue, referenced the wrong deposit, and in some cases disconnected calls. I have screenshots showing the {$170.00} available XXXX night and missing the next morning, and recordings of representatives stating the situation did not make sense. They were also extremely rude and constantly disconnected the calls. I have also reached out to the CEO and their partners and to this day have not received a response. My boyfriend also recorded a call with me and a supervisor where he simply ignored me and was silent until he hung up. If you need the audio, let me know how to send it.
