am filing a formal dispute regarding the LVNV Funding account appearing on my XXXX credit file. The reporting is inaccurate, incomplete, and violates FCRA 602 ( A ), 607 ( b ), 611, 623 ( a ) ( 5 ), and XXXX guidelines. 1. Conflicting and impossible account statuses : XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX reports this account as OPEN while also reporting Payment Status as Collection/Charge-off with remarks Placed for collection. A collection/charge-off account can not be reported as Open under XXXX standards. This is inaccurate and misleading. 2. Date logic violations : The Date of Last Activity and Date Reported are both XX/XX/XXXX, while the Date Opened is XX/XX/XXXX. These dates are inconsistent and suggest re-aging, which violates FCRA 623 ( a ) ( XXXX ). 3. Unverified balance : LVNV reports a High Balance and Balance Owed of {$810.00}.
