On XX/XX/XXXX, my car was taken by a repossession company. The company entered my private car garage, it was not on the street. I was sleeping, and they came to the door with the hooks in the car with the tail up in the air. They asked my XXXX XXXX son if it was okay to take and to wake me up from sleep. I came to the door all asleep, and I was well and dazed from it. They were taking the car, it seemed, without my permission, and also without my ability to get my things together. I was concerned about the items in my car. I now protest that Santander did not provide me with ample time to clear my debt or to find alternatives. The company did not leave a card or name that I can find to get the property. I have been calling Santander Consumer several times, but they put me on hold for long periods. I can not stay on the phone for long due to work. I want to resolve and keep my car asap. I like them to negotiate with me and respond with an adequate answer that will resolve my wanting to keep my car.
