This is my third time disputing with XXXX regarding two accounts that continue to report derogatory information unlawfully. 1. XXXX XXXX : This debt has been fully paid as of XX/XX/2025, yet XXXX continues to report late payments and a derogatory status. This violates FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), which prohibits furnishers from knowingly reporting inaccurate or misleading information. Additionally, under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ), XXXX is required to delete or correct unverifiable data. After multiple disputes, no meaningful corrections were made. I am now demanding removal of the derogatory information or complete deletion of this tradeline. 2. CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORP XXXX This loan has also been paid in full. Yet derogatory late payments remain, despite multiple disputes and a goodwill request being ignored. XXXX is failing its duty under FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation. Continued negative reporting of a paid debt is causing material harm to my credit and constitutes reckless noncompliance with federal law.
