PHH Mortgage provided false and contradictory information in multiple CFPB cases and to XXXX. Their representative, XXXX XXXX, claimed PHH has no record of receiving my Qualified Written Request ( QWR ). This is false. My first QWR was submitted through the CFPB portal itself, so PHH absolutely did receive it. In addition, I have direct proof PHH acknowledged, opened, and responded to the QWR on XX/XX/year>, including multiple confirmation emails and a secure Research Response Letter. PHH can not claim no record exists when their own system confirmed receipt and opened a research workflow. PHH is also refusing to explain a serious loan renumbering/title defect involving two different loan numbers, and their escrow, suspense, foreclosure, and HUD Partial Claim accounting contradicts their own prior letters, their IDFPR responses, and basic RESPA requirements. These inconsistencies raise concerns of bad-faith servicing, dual tracking, and intentional avoidance of federal disclosure obligations. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, Illinois Attorney General, and IDFPR are already aware of the case and are expecting PHHs complete RESPA response by XX/XX/year>. PHH is aware of this deadline. I am intentionally not attaching my full evidence packet, because PHH has already acknowledged receipt of my QWR and federal law requires PHH to produce the complete life-of-loan servicing file directly. PHH must provide ALL servicing records, escrow ledgers, suspense logs, payoff documents, partial claim details, and the full accountingnot rely on consumer-provided documents. Because PHH has issued false statements to a federal regulator, contradicted its own records, and refused to address core servicing errors, I am requesting immediate supervisor-level review and that XXXX XXXX be removed from this file entirely.
