On XX/XX/year> I received a text from TSICO debt collection agency that they can help and a text every week after that. I then checked my credit karma account and saw I had a collection/charge off of {$76.00} from an account with XXXX opened XX/XX/year> and closed XX/XX/year>, that was reported only on XX/XX/year>. This has brought down my credit on multiple bureaus by XXXX points. I then called XXXX to check my record and if I have any charge offs or debt and they said my record was clean and this report was not mine, all they said for me to do was file a police report. I then asked the TSICO number for their information but I have gotten no reply since they dont put their email and or address on their website. And its still on multiple credit bureaus ruining my credit.
