On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, deactivated XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ), payment processing without any clear exaplanation on why and after talking to support the only response is, they have sent me email about deactivation and the decision is final. XXXX launched on XX/XX/XXXX and there are XXXX transactions made, XXXX trasaction ( complete ) and other is cancelled. Square is now holding my funds for XXXX days, which seems to be their standard policy, which gain has no clear basis. I have tried my best to formally appeal the decision and asked what is needed on my part to reverse the decision. Square seems to not care working with small businesses and only have machine making arbitary decision to deactivate accounts without proper audits on the system.
