I received a gift card from my work. When I opened it, there was adhesive over the card number. And when you try to get it off the number rubs off too. And the security code is so faint it's unreadable. It's clearly done on purpose so people get frustrated, give up, and don't spend the funds. I put in a claim. Time will tell if they get back to me. But that's not the point. The company is trying to scam people with their faulty packaging. It was a visa gift card issued by XXXX.
