Consumer Narrative
For the past month, I have called multiple times and had multiple tickets sent out to try to fix my account. Each ticket marks the issue as resolved, but it is still not fixed, and I have to keep submitting new tickets and it feels like Im just going in circles. I have two loans through XXXX, loan 15 and 16. The past two months ( XXXX and XXXX ), plus the current due for XXXX, are only showing a balance due for loan 15. Because loan 16 isnt showing a balance due, I havent been paying on it and because I havent been paying on the {$0.00}, the system mistakes it as a missed payment, and I keep getting hit with late payments for {$0.00}. I have been paying on loan 15 because that has been the only balance that shows due, and Im up to date on that. Also, youll see on my attached payment history, I had to make 2 payments for XXXX because after I paid the balance due, it went to {$0.00} and then reset to the amount due. The monthly statements ( attached ) that they keep sending me are not making any sense, I honestly just need help because I dont want these false missed payments to start affecting my credit.
