on XX/XX/year> I initiated an ACH withdrawal on the crypto.com app for {$1000.00} from my checking account at XXXX to be deposited in my crypto.com account. This method had been set up previously and had been successful on other transactions. XXXX immediately withdrew the funds and posted the transaction. Crypto.com immediately FAILED the deposit and did not credit the funds. I contacted both institutions and they both said that the funds should appear back in my XXXX account within XXXX business days. The funds never came. I filed a dispute with XXXX and they provided a trace number of XXXX. That did not help crypto.com find the money. I then was provided an ID number for transaction from XXXX of XXXX. Still no resolution. I want to find my {$1000.00} Repeatedly crypto.com keeps deferring me back to XXXX and there has been no resolution
