Subject : Ongoing Fraud, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Debt, and Platform Negligence Urgent Relief Requested Hello, I am submitting this complaint because I am the victim of a romance fraud scam and XXXX XXXX XXXX debt. I urgently need intervention regarding Wells Fargo, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. Summary of the Scam : In XXXX XXXX, a woman named XXXX XXXX XXXX posed as my romantic partner and manipulated me into sending her money. She used threats of abandonment, emotional XXXX, and family integration promises to force me into financial dependence. This conduct constitutes XXXX debt, which is recognized under California XXXX XXXX protections. Financial Loss : Total sent directly to XXXX using XXXX XXXX : {$9800.00} Total amount I spent afterward trying to mitigate the XXXX debt using my Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX : approximately {$30000.00} Initial fraudulent inducement amount : {$18000.00} Total Impact : approximately {$48000.00}. Platform Facilitation : XXXX used XXXX XXXX with a deliberately obscured identity ( profile picture hiding her face, no verified identity ) to evade fraud protections. XXXX XXXX does not warn users, does not flag repeat P2P transfers, and does not verify high-risk accounts. Bank Impact : 1. Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) The transactions were not normal purchases. They were XXXX transfers under fraud and XXXX XXXX, documented over 52 transactions. Wells Fargo issued only {$2000.00} temporary credit, even though the fraud totaled $ XXXX from that card. 2. XXXX XXXX I am a victim of a separate fraud involving a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX issued me a credit card with a {$5000.00} balance already spent before I received it. They closed the dispute ( Case # XXXX ) despite the charges being fraudulent and unauthorized. -- - Request for Relief : I respectfully request : A full investigation into the XXXX XXXX XXXX debt. A review of Wells Fargos limited provisional credit decision. A review of XXXX XXXX improper dispute closure. A formal review of XXXX XXXX negligent role in facilitating fraud without sufficient consumer protections. I am drowning financially and continue to struggle because every paycheck is being used to prevent maxing out debt created by fraud. In the screenshots attached, " XXXX '' is the fake profile used to extract funds from me. She either used a fake profile or she used someone else 's XXXX XXXX profile, that someone else let her use to commit fraud. Thank you for your assistance.
