This XXXX a payday loan that was from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Speedy Cash. As of the transaction date XX/XX/XXXX I owed {$480.00}. Interest {$150.00} / Fees {$72.00} The total amount thats owed now {$710.00}. I have not been summons not only once but twice with a court date of XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They have also summons my son, someone who is under the age of XXXX. I haven't appeared to any court date or responded to any of the summons. I do want to mention that I no longer live in state of XXXX and they keep sending people to my home which makes me feel very unsafe.. I want to also mention that piror to me being forced to go to court regarding this matter they have in the past had debt collectors contact me by phone threatening to take me to jail and using obscene lanuage as well
