b"On XXXX XXXX of this year, XXXX, at XXXX I called OPPLOAN's contact number: XXXX XXXX and I spoke with a female customer service representative who identified herself as a new employee. I spoke with her over 10 minutes. After explaining how I had a XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX, she told me I simply had to fill out a hardship request form that she would email me and explicitly told me: \n\nYou do not have to make a payment right now or while your hardship request is pending review. \n\nI filled out the request form and got confirmation again over the phone with her.\n\nIn direct reliance on that statement, I did not make alternative payment arrangements. Despite this, a full payment was attempted on XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXXOn XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I called OPPLOAN's contact number: XXXX XXXX-XXXX to reference that conversation, the representative was a male with an indian accent, he denied any such call ever took place and went silent when I pointed out that I had received a hardship request confirmation email shortly after that call on XXXX XXXX. After a moment of silence he restated the call never took place and told me I had to pay the full amount."
