Hi, so I have a concern regarding an individual and a banking/credit company last night. I got an invite via text about opening up an account with chime so when opening up the account XXXX XXXX phone number is XXXX was the one who told me about it I signed up, follow the instructions and gave them my information, including phone, name number, Social Security number, and also a scan of my front ID and back, including a live scan of my face after going through the whole process and signing up, it brought me back to the main page when logging in it did not go through. I called customer support. It was able to recognize my phone number and my name and it told me that there was another phone number involved with my number/account that I had I never was able to even open up an account so there is an account thats open under my name. Can you please take it off and contact this company because I called them inquiring about the account and they werent able to give me any information but just to let me know that there was another account made associated with my name. I told him please close it. They did not close it. Im concerned for my personal information being stolen on there and then when I login with my email, it says that nothing exist but when I call my phone, its able to recognize my phone number and my name as well. The telemarketer told me that there is an account that successfully made one under my name and I told her to please help me to change that and to remove it but she denied it. I also believe XXXX XXXX is involved and is doing fraud and making fraudulent transactions and withdrawals/transfers with this account thats under my name. My name is XXXX XXXX the individual involved with fraud is named XXXX XXXX lives at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ca XXXX XXXX The chime number is XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX
