On XXXX XX/XX/year>, I was on XXXX talking to a client who needed my email for confirming my payout since I had not verified my payout method. So I provided my email and received an email to proceed to confirm THEIR order, I clicked it and it asked my card information for my pay out, for the work I was promising to do. When i did put my card in a {$280.00} charge was added to my account for cryptocurrency that I never authorized. When i reached out to chime they immediately denied, now I provide new documents proving im correct and that I didnt make the charge. Yet, knowing XXXX well I didnt make the charge, if it was {$20.00} I wouldnt give a XXXX, since its almost {$300.00}, I need that money. Please help me out here, Chime does not want to pay me my money.
