XX/XX/year> around the time XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX I went through a drive-through at Huntington Bank made a cash deposit in the amount of {$2000.00} the ATM received my money then showed a error. Message of transaction canceled and went back to the home screen before I was able to take a picture it didnt give me a receipt or acknowledge the money that they had took. I then called customer service and requested a deposit dispute. They credit my account in that amount during investigation now the investigation is over and they are saying they did not see a deposit in that amount. I need help getting my money back.
