I called into Discover to make a payment on account ending in XXXX and I asked what nickname they had on me and the girl stated in the call that started at XXXX XXXX eastern today on XXXX started that it was XXXX XXXX. I told her that I am not XXXX XXXX, and that she lives in Florida. I later when I asked XXXX who could not find my nickname stated that she found it after I gave it to her. My nickname is XXXX. We discussed where the name XXXX XXXX was listed and she stated that it was on my profile. I have great credit and this mix up/overlaid records needs to stop! The credit Bureaus are all continuing to have me and the woman from Florida mixed up. This person XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who also has used my same name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX This person has a completely different social security number than I do. My XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX healthplans in the state of Tennessee mixed me up with the woman from Florida, and used my insurance and started paying for this person 's medical treatment in the state of FLORIDA. I have never lived in Florida. I placed XXXX fraudulent claims on my XXXX Account of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX paid for a completely different person than me which caused our medical records to be overlaid. It appears XXXX XXXX just went with it when they started paying for her medical care in Florida. Please get the information straight, which I have provided for over 60 hours of telephone calls with Discover. How on earth do they still have me mixed up with her? I then spoke to the supervisor XXXX at XXXX XXXX eastern in customer service in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Utah Reference XXXX and ID number XXXX. She then came on the line and told me that my middle name was not listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX and that it was XXXX XXXX, leaving off the E and A. XXXX then stated my name was XXXX XXXX, which I told her XXXX x that my middle name is not XXXX. She then corrected my to XXXX. She stated she updated my name to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX stands for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I need my work history with Discover who has left it off. I need my account to show that I am divorced from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Tennessee. I have no children. I am a XXXX, and not the person from Florida. I then spoke to XXXX in Ohio reference XXXX. I then asked her about my Nickname and she stated that she did not see a nickname on my account, and this was after i spoke to Discover had no record of my work and when asked if they knew what the cre3dentials for XXXX were, they did not. I have made it clear fro them to go to my XXXX XXXX Account. I need my XXXX XXXX XXXX and credentials on my account to include XXXX. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist in 1994, I worked at ON Stage, and then at personal Style Cosmetics for XXXX and XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I then worked at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TN and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also worked for XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TN from the time I was about XXXX until my college years. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX since I graduated in 1994 from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I worked fro XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX for contract work in TN and XXXX Additionally, I worked for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA and I was placed by XXXX Staffing Agency XXXX XXXX XXXX the owner. XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX in the last couple of years appear to have merged me with the woman from Florida. I received the XXXX XXXX report consumer file and I am overlaid with her information, which is not mine.
