My vehicle was repossessed on XX/XX/year>, the whole time Ive been in communication with my lender regarding payment status. I was told in order to get my car back I would have to pay the remainder owed on the loan which was {$3300.00}, on Wednesday XX/XX/year> that payment was made to Westlake financial. I was informed that my car would be released immediately and I would be ok to schedule an appointment with the towing company. Following me scheduling an appointment it was canceled due to the vehicle still not being released. I called back Thursday XX/XX/year> and was told to give it until Friday to be released. I called westlake financial on Saturday XXXX XXXX to get a status on my release and I was told car was released but i would have to contact the auction yard on Monday XXXX XXXX. Monday XX/XX/year> per the auction company they do not have my vehicle, I contacted west lake again to get a status and the representatives continue to dismiss my concerns and hang up on me. After many failed attempts in trying to figure out what is going on with my vehicle I still have no solution. It is not XXXX XXXX and I still have no update what so ever
