I had a payment arrangement with this collection company on XXXX XXXX I paid the collection off in full and the agreed to remove it from my credit report it is XXXX XXXX and the still have the original amount owed that was with the original creditor and they refuse to fix it on my credit report, Ive reached out to them several times and nothing changes
