On XX/XX/year>, I purchased XXXX XXXX XXXX e-gift cards ( {$500.00} and {$80.00} ) from XXXX, and since receiving them I have not been able to use them anywhere. All online transactions are declined because the cards can not be registered with a billing ZIP code, which causes address-verification failure, and they also can not be added to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX Customer service repeatedly claims nothing is wrong, yet every merchant declines the cards, leaving me unable to access the funds I paid for and causing financial hardship because I needed this money for bills. The company has refused to provide any effective solution.
